About the Club

Who We Are

The club was founded in 1964 and incorporated in 1970 to promote general interest in this remarkable planet on which we live, specifically in the areas of geology, mineralogy, paleontology, citizen science, and the lapidary arts, through evidence-based educational programs, field trips, and our Annual Gem & Mineral Show.

The club meets on the 4th Tuesday every month from March through October at 6:30p at the Church of the Pines in Minocqua, Wisconsin.
